The Technical Manager, Tower Maintenance is responsible for managing all activities in the ATC Nigeria Tower Maintenance Program, including routine preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance (rectification), emergency maintenance and antenna inventory management. She/he is responsible for ensuring that all visible components of ATC Nigeria owned and managed wireless communication structures (towers, mounts, foundations, buildings) are in good physical condition and free of defects that could compromise the structural integrity, functionality or safety of the structure components. The Technical Manager, Tower Maintenance communicates with internal and external customers and works to ensure the structural adequacy of all tower infrastructure.

Requirements

What you’ll need

HND or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field required.
Minimum of 5 years in quality assurance and field supervision of wireless communication structures.
Minimum of 5 years in construction, field engineering or rectification of wireless communications structures.
Certified to climb towers.
Active member of a professional organization or technical society preferred.
