About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

End-to-end ownership of engineering-related tasks for land development projects for various types of communication infrastructure, namely data centers, cellular telecommunication sites, and broadcast facilities.
Support internal and external resources to ensure completed designs meet or exceed technical requirements.
Enable the successful construction and implementation of these communication facilities.
Gain valuable experience, mentorship, and skills from a wide variety of projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Either a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field and three years of relevant experience, or an engineering technical degree and six years of relevant experience required.
Proficient with Autodesk Civil 3D, and other common discipline-specific analysis tools for retaining wall designs and stormwater analyses required.
1 year of Revit experience required.
Professional Engineering license preferred.
A minimum of two years of progressively responsible engineering experience with direct involvement in discipline-specific design solutions and designs as a primary job responsibility preferred.
Strong critical thinking skills with a capability to work both independently and with others to solve problems.
Approximately 10% travel may be required to support the position’s responsibilities.
Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
