About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • End-to-end ownership of engineering-related tasks for land development projects for various types of communication infrastructure, namely data centers, cellular telecommunication sites, and broadcast facilities.
  • Support internal and external resources to ensure completed designs meet or exceed technical requirements.
  • Enable the successful construction and implementation of these communication facilities.
  • Gain valuable experience, mentorship, and skills from a wide variety of projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Either a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field and three years of relevant experience, or an engineering technical degree and six years of relevant experience required.
  • Proficient with Autodesk Civil 3D, and other common discipline-specific analysis tools for retaining wall designs and stormwater analyses required.
  • 1 year of Revit experience required.
  • Professional Engineering license preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of progressively responsible engineering experience with direct involvement in discipline-specific design solutions and designs as a primary job responsibility preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with a capability to work both independently and with others to solve problems.
  • Approximately 10% travel may be required to support the position’s responsibilities.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
