Lead multiple large-scale, complex, and high visibility IT initiatives simultaneously.
Manage programs or portfolios of related projects, aligning deliveries with strategic business objectives.
Apply Agile, Scaled Agile Framework (“SAFe”), and hybrid delivery models across cross-functional teams.
Provide program and portfolio governance, financial management, and executive-level reports.
Mentor and coach project managers and delivery teams on best practices, standards, and methodologies.
Partner with business and technology leaders to shape roadmaps, priorities, and investment decisions.
Proactively manage enterprise-level risks, dependencies, and resource constraints to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required, with a concentration in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Advanced degree preferred.
A minimum of 8 years of progressive IT project or program management experience required.
Experience managing enterprise-level programs and portfolios.
Advanced knowledge of Agile and traditional delivery frameworks.
Professional certifications, including Project Management Professional, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, Certified ScrumMaster, or SAFe, strongly preferred.
Fluency in English required; multilingual capabilities preferred.
Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
