About the role
- Perform quarterly recurring corporate finance analyses and updates, including maintaining assumptions and methodologies for WACC, DCF, NAV, lookbacks, and related frameworks.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain financial models to support the evaluation of strategic initiatives, investments, and capital allocation decisions.
- Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses and sensitivity testing to support decisions.
- Prepare analytical materials and executive ready presentations to support leaders’ discussions and board level reviews.
- Serve as a flexible partner across the team and broader Finance organization, providing analytical support and capacity to adjacent teams as business needs evolve.
- Research and synthesize market intelligence (industry trends, competitor dynamics, and relevant macro/sector developments).
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with cross functional stakeholders (e.g., Business Finance, Tax, Treasury, and regional teams).
- Perform additional duties as required in support of the team’s functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related discipline required.
- MBA, CFA, CPA, or other relevant advanced degree/certification preferred.
- At least 5 years of corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, strategy, corporate development, or similar experience required.
- Strong analytical rigor and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong foundation in corporate finance, including financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and investment analysis.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency and an ability to quickly learn other software tools.
- Curious and able to leverage AI enabled tools to enhance quantitative analysis and research and support data driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high quality outputs in a fast paced environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to synthesize findings and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
- Approximately 10% of travel may be required to support the position's responsibilities.
