- Provide forward-thinking vision to collaboratively design cross-functional processes and solutions to global business challenges.

- Proactively identify ways by which IT can add value to business teams to provide thought leadership and improve processes and effectively communicate them to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with, and facilitate communication between, IT and business partners to drive change.
- Demonstrate how new technologies, best practices and trends can be incorporated into business and IT processes leveraging a strong understanding of end-to-end processes.
- Proactively estimate, plan, manage, communicate, and execute essential duties with a focus on the uniqueness of each project.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with business partners, project teams and other stakeholders.
- Create or oversee the creation of clear and concise documentation throughout all project phases and activities.
- Lead elicitation, analysis and documentation of complex requirements and business needs, utilizing various techniques such as process mapping; identify and resolve conflicting requirements and trace requirements through to solution; manage requirements to the smallest set that will provide the biggest impact in advancing business objectives.
- Design solutions for end-user adoption and productivity improvement, with usability in mind.
- Independently execute on complex configuration, reporting and other technical activities.
- Partner with the Quality Assurance team to share project information and validate test scripts. Will also perform and coordinate system testing and write and execute testing plans.
- Serve as a mentor and peer reviewer to other team members.
- Design and deliver high quality training to end users.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in business analysis, application design, implementation, and supporting IT systems, particularly with multiple application systems, required including:
- Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM)
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM modules, including Global Human Resources, Goal Management, Performance Management, Benefits, Workforce Compensation, Strategic Workforce Planning, Time and Attendance, and Security Administration;
- Familiarity with Oracle HCM data and database tables;
- Experience working with Human Resources business partners and processes;
- Experience creating and administering OTBI analytics and reports for Oracle HCM;
- Experience with creating Oracle HCM Business Intelligence Publisher data models, reports, and report layouts; and
- Experience with integrating Oracle HCM application modules with external applications.
- Oracle Financial Applications:
- Working knowledge of Oracle Financials modules, specifically GL, AP, PO and PA
- Familiarity with Oracle EBS database tables and related tools such as SQL Developer;
- Experience integrating Oracle EBS with external applications, including cloud solutions;
- Experience in a finance and accounting environment, with working knowledge of GAAP accounting; and
- Experience working with Oracle Business Intelligence or a similar reporting system preferred.
- Ability to support multiple applications or modules and multiple business groups.
- Ability to understand IT and business concepts and evaluate the impact of business changes on systems.
- IT project management and methodologies knowledge required.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
- Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
