About the role
- Manage environmental and urban licensing requests;
- Evaluate architectural and construction projects with a focus on legal compliance and minimizing environmental impacts;
- Monitor operational risks and propose corrective and preventive strategies;
- Prepare technical reports and maintain alignment with external suppliers and contractors;
- Consolidate information and documents in the internal system.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, Biology, or related fields;
- Experience with licensing processes across different administrative levels;
- Knowledge of urban and environmental regulations;
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
