About the role
- Lead the design and technical implementation of connectivity solutions for complex project scopes in various venues.
- Ensure completed networks meet or exceed technical and customer requirements.
- Handle multiple projects and play a vital technical role for successfully accomplishing project milestones.
- Partner cross-functionally to develop and deploy designs that meet or exceed technical stated key performance requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field and more than 8 years of relevant experience required.
- iBWave Level 2 certification or 3 years of hands-on iBWave experience required.
- A minimum of 6 years of progressively responsible RF engineering experience, at least 4 of which directly involved Inbuilding network solutions and designs as a primary job responsibility preferred.
- Knowledge of IP network design, planning, configuration, integration, testing, and security required. CCNA certification preferred.
- Strong critical thinking skills, with a proven capability to work well independently and with others to solve problems.
- Approximately 50% travel may be required in support of the position’s responsibilities.
- While performing the role you may need to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
- Able to cultivate a collaborative a team dynamic that enables the organization to meet stated business objectives.
- Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
