About the role

  • Strategic and execution-focused Senior Manager of Product Management & Implementation to join American Tower’s Business Enablement team.
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of software products—from ideation and development through internal adoption and external commercialization.
  • Provide strategic direction and ensure the operational success of American Tower’s digital solutions portfolio.
  • Oversee product strategy and implementation across multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, user needs, and technical delivery.
  • Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, Product Analysts, and Implementation Leads; own recruitment and performance management.
  • Collaborate across product, design, engineering, QA, marketing, sales, and customer success to define value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to commercialize internal platforms and digital tools for external markets.
  • Establish and maintain best practices for Agile delivery, change management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Monitor product performance, user adoption, and continuous improvement; define and track KPIs to measure success.
  • Work for American Tower, a global digital infrastructure company and REIT focused on building connectivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required.
  • MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in project management, product management, digital solution delivery, or implementation roles.
  • Experience managing enterprise-level digital initiatives across cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and digital product development best practices.
  • Experience overseeing both strategic planning and hands-on execution of digital solutions.
  • Experience with immersive technologies, digital twins, or interactive visualization platforms.
  • Background in enterprise IT transformation, innovation programs, or SaaS product ecosystems preferred.
  • Experience with internal product commercialization or platform-as-a-product models preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, and analytics platforms preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with competing priorities preferred.
  • Strong organization, planning, and project management skills; ability to prioritize tasks for yourself and a team to meet requirements and deadlines.
  • Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
  • Strong leadership skills; ability to drive and motivate a team to achieve results.
