About the role
- Support the SURTASS Operations Manager and FST Manager in the execution of day-to-day operations
- Assist managing the staffing, qualifying, training, operations, and organizational and intermediate level maintenance execution of the O&M crews and SURTASS mission systems
- Execute the contractor Operations, Maintenance, and Training IMS
- Oversee the execution of organizational and intermediate level maintenance
- Conduct periodic audits, inspections, and reviews of operations, maintenance, and associated reports
- Generate reports for SURTASS mission systems status as directed by the Government
Requirements
- Associate's Degree or 10 years' relevant field experience
- DoD 8570 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level III certification
- U.S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining/holding a U.S. security clearance
- Active Secret Clearance
- Ten years of documented experience in managing technical teams executing operations and maintenance on Navy C4I systems and/or acoustic intelligence gathering systems
- Ten years' experience managing personnel
