About the role
- Supervises and/or manages the planning, development, and implementation of training programs on products and/or services.
- Works with sales, marketing, and engineering to identify program development needs.
- Obtains technical data and schedules programs.
- Manages a group of trainers to develop and present programs to employees and customers.
- The incumbent is responsible for the employment, training, motivation, and evaluation of assigned staff.
- Participates in planning and policy development issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma and 6 years of additional experience
- U.S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining/holding a U.S. security clearance
- Active Secret Clearance
- 5 years of experience with managing training and qualification programs
- 5 years' experience in the operation, maintenance, and/or repair of complex Navy systems.
