About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide 24x7/365 remote support services and on-premises response as needed

- Independently diagnose and resolve trouble calls in technical areas
- Develop and implement technical documentation and specifications
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven System programmer experience managing, maintaining, and configuring VTAM and API
- Demonstrated System programmer experience managing and maintaining TCP/IP
- Experience working with z/OS Systems (z/OS 2.4)
- Experience with SSH, TLS, SFTP, FTP network communication protocols
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
