About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform aerospace engineering in support of flight control system development
- Support the design, development, integration, and test of aircraft flight control systems and autopilots
- Develop, integrate, and validate models of aircraft flight dynamics and subsystems
- Support lab, ground, and flight qualification testing of aircraft avionics, sensors, and flight control systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- U.S. Citizenship required for obtaining a Secret clearance
- Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering
- 1-2 years' professional experience related to Aerospace Engineering
- Experience with MATLAB and MATLAB scripting
- Excellent documentation and report writing skills
- Knowledge of sound engineering practices that may include such areas as requirement tracking, configuration control, technical communication, and/or the peer review process.
