Key responsibilities & impact

Own full business area financial performance, including revenue, profit, cash flow, and indirect spending
Develop and execute annual goal plans aligned to corporate objectives
Drive margin improvement and operational efficiency
Serve as the executive relationship owner for key customers within the business area
Drive organic growth within existing customer accounts
Ensure successful execution of all programs within the business area
Build and develop a high-performing leadership team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree and at least 10+ years of experience running multiple projects and US Navy Programs within a DoD environment
Hands-on experience with key US Navy organizations (e.g., NAVSEA, Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Newport, Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Division Carderock, PEO IWS.) and advanced technology domains
Proven DoD business leadership experience, including business finance, profit and loss management, and business growth
Demonstrated success in business development, including capture, proposal development, and winning new work
Strong track record building and managing high-performing, technical, and geographically dispersed teams
Ability to work collaboratively with executive and senior leadership, effectively communicate at all levels, and mentor emerging leaders
Excellent client management, business partnership, and relationship-building skills
Experience interpreting and applying government/industry standards, laws, and corporate policies to program execution
TS/SCI security clearance required
