Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years’ experience within the information technology industry
- 2-4 years’ experience in enterprise monitoring within the energy sector or similar industries
- Strong knowledge of IT Service management
- Strong working knowledge of SolarWinds, SPLUNK, or similar platforms
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages
- Experience providing leadership support during critical incidents
- Ability to communicate effectively
