Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Strong knowledge of IT Service management
  • Strong working knowledge of SolarWinds, SPLUNK, or similar platforms
  • Strong proficiency in scripting languages
  • Experience providing leadership support during critical incidents
  • Ability to communicate effectively
