Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be a U.S. Citizen
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
3-5 years’ experience within the information technology industry
2-4 years’ experience in enterprise monitoring within the energy sector or similar industries
Strong knowledge of IT Service management
Strong working knowledge of SolarWinds, SPLUNK, or similar platforms
Strong proficiency in scripting languages
Experience providing leadership support during critical incidents
Ability to communicate effectively
