Requirements

What you’ll need

U.S. Citizenship required
3-5 years of experience in information technology
2-4 years of experience in enterprise monitoring
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of IT Service management
Experience with SolarWinds, SPLUNK, or similar platforms
Proficiency in scripting languages
Ability to work rotating shifts
