Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, configure, enhance, and maintain ServiceNow applications
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

U.S. Citizen
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in developing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow applications
Experience with ServiceNow scripting and development technologies
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Now Assist
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
