About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for design, development, configuration, enhancement, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications
- Serve as a senior technical resource for implementing scalable, secure, and efficient ServiceNow solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, program leadership, and technical teams to gather requirements
- Design, develop, configure, test, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, integrations, and related platform components
- Lead the development and enhancement of ServiceNow capabilities across ITSM and other supported modules
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow application functionality and performance
- Support platform governance by following established development standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- U.S. Citizenship
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience developing, configuring, and supporting applications within the ServiceNow platform
- Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow scripting and development technologies, including JavaScript, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP integrations
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, application lifecycle management, and secure development practices
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, Service Catalog, CMDB, Asset Management, Knowledge Management, or related platform capabilities
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Now Assist
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end users
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, mission-oriented environment
- Must present acceptable identification for customer badging and site access
