About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide direct, hands-on support for the daily administration and execution of the Special Access Program (SAP) security program
Create a secure environment by coordinating with various authorities
Take responsibility for security management, including the SETA program
Implement and execute all SAP security requirements
Develop, coordinate, maintain and execute Security Standard Operating Procedures
Process Program Access Requests and manage personnel security files
Manage visit certifications and foreign travel reporting
Coordinate all SAP security matters

Requirements

What you’ll need

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in DoW and/or IC security
3 to 5 years of direct, hands-on experience working within a Special Access Program environment
A high school diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
Completion of foundational CDSE/STEPP security training is required; SAP-related training is highly desirable
Must possess an active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligible and willing to consent to a CI Polygraph
A strong working knowledge of SAP security policies and procedures is required
Proficiency with DISS, JADE and other security management software is also necessary
Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint and Adobe
Excellent organizational skills and a high degree of attention to detail are required
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, high-security environment
