About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide guidance, control, and oversight of contract activities and resources
- Overall management of product quality, contract personnel, cost-based control activities, safety, and security
- Develop and deliver program performance data and required deliverables
- Establish key performance metrics
- Manage collection, evaluation, and reporting of program objectives and outcomes
- Support recruiting and retention efforts, career development, and skill assessment for all program personnel
- Support risk identification, management, and mitigation
- Develop and maintain safety programs in compliance with federal regulations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years in Program Management of DoD programs
- Experience managing cost, schedule, and performance of large, multi-disciplinary IT Programs
- Prior service and/or operational experience in managing Information Technology Systems supporting missile warning/tracking, C2, space and missile defense, or battle management systems
- Experience managing DoW contracts and interacting with Government/DoW stakeholders
- Experience managing multiple subcontractors’ performance
- Understanding of the military watch floor culture
- Active TS/SCI
- PMP certified
- Bachelor’s degree with a technical or management focus; master’s degree in business preferred
- U.S. Citizenship Required
