About the role
- Provide guidance, control, and oversight of contract activities and resources
- Provide for overall management of product quality, contract personnel, cost-based control activities, safety, and security
- Develop and deliver program performance data and required deliverables
- Establish key performance metrics
- Manage the collection, evaluation, and reporting of program objectives and outcomes using defined metrics and customer feedback
- Support recruiting and retention efforts, career development, and skill assessment for all program personnel
- Support risk identification, management, and mitigation
- Develop and maintain safety programs in compliance with federal regulations
Requirements
- 8+ years in Program Management of DoD programs.
- Managing cost, schedule, and performance of large, multi-disciplinary IT Programs
- Prior service and/or operational experience in managing Information Technology Systems
- Experience managing DoW contracts and interacting with Government/DoW stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple subcontractors’ performance.
- Experience supporting missile warning, space and missile defense, C2 systems, 24/7 ops environments, acquisition lifecycle.
- Active TS/SCI
- PMP certified
- Bachelor’s degree with a technical or management focus; master’s degree in business preferred.
- U.S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining/holding a U.S. security clearance
