About the role
- Provide on-site technical support to end users in a government enterprise environment
- Manage face-to-face interactions with users and document activities in the IT ticketing system
- Conduct advanced troubleshooting of desktop computers, laptops, peripherals, and software
- Collaborate with IT teams to deliver timely solutions to IT incidents and service requests
- Assist users with account setups, password resets, and access management following security protocols
- Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory for proper asset management
Requirements
- U.S. Citizen
- Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret with SCI eligibility
- 3-4 years of experience in deskside or technical support role
- Current 8570/8140 IAT Level II Certification
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with IT service management tools
- Experience working in a team environment
