Access and troubleshoot building systems and equipment functionality
Determine repair needs for internal resources or external vendors
Operate and maintain data center systems including HVAC and electrical
Participate in project teams for system maintenance and repairs
Ensure compliance with Federal standards
Respond to afterhours emergencies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be a U.S. Citizen
5+ years of Facilities and Equipment experience in a Datacenter, Medical Facility, or Commercial setting
Expertise in modern facilities operations including HVAC, electrical, and safety systems
Ability to communicate technical expertise to management
Familiarity with ITIL service operation best practices (ITIL v4 foundation knowledge)
Strong written and oral communication skills in English
Must be capable of directing personnel and interfacing with Government and customers
Strong customer service skills
Must work in confined spaces and at heights
