About the role

  • Serve as a pricing expert and senior subject matter resource.
  • Collaborate with directorate senior management, account managers, capture teams, and proposal and pricing leadership.
  • Develop pricing strategies that balance competitiveness, risk, and profitability.
  • Prepare and present pricing summaries, slide decks, and financial analyses for senior management discussions.
  • Ensure compliance with the internal estimating system, accounting procedures, and proposal requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain pricing files for audits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 12-15 years of demonstrated pricing experience in Government contracting.
  • Broad understanding of the federal services marketplace and competitive landscape.
  • Experience evaluating proposal risk in cost estimates, terms and conditions, and other business or financial management considerations.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting competitive analysis and Price to Win (PTW) assessments for large, strategic opportunities.
  • Extensive experience structuring competitive pricing for a range of federal customers and major contract types.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for developing pricing models.
