About the role
- Serve as a pricing expert and senior subject matter resource.
- Collaborate with directorate senior management, account managers, capture teams, and proposal and pricing leadership.
- Develop pricing strategies that balance competitiveness, risk, and profitability.
- Prepare and present pricing summaries, slide decks, and financial analyses for senior management discussions.
- Ensure compliance with the internal estimating system, accounting procedures, and proposal requirements.
- Prepare and maintain pricing files for audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 12-15 years of demonstrated pricing experience in Government contracting.
- Broad understanding of the federal services marketplace and competitive landscape.
- Experience evaluating proposal risk in cost estimates, terms and conditions, and other business or financial management considerations.
- Demonstrated experience conducting competitive analysis and Price to Win (PTW) assessments for large, strategic opportunities.
- Extensive experience structuring competitive pricing for a range of federal customers and major contract types.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for developing pricing models.
