Implement, monitor, and maintain security protocols for Special Access Programs.
Develop and enforce SAP Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Conduct security briefings, debriefings, and training for SAP personnel.
Manage all aspects of access control and visitor management for SAP facilities.
Prepare, send, and receive visitor certifications.
Receive, distribute, inventory, reproduce, and dispose of classified materials in accordance with policy.
Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with DoD and company policies.
Periodically inspect facilities to ensure compliance with physical security measures.
Interface with government customers, program managers, and internal staff regarding SAP security issues.
Coordinate incident response and reporting for security violations or concerns.
Maintain accurate records for personnel security, visit requests, and SAP documentation.

Requirements

U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a TS/SCI clearance with SAP/SAR eligibility
High School Diploma
3+ years of experience in security programs, preferably involving SAPs or SCI
Solid knowledge of DoD, NISPOM, and ICD security requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Relevant certifications (e.g., SPeD, ISP, CPP) are a plus
