Provide leadership and support across large-scale remediation, retrofit, and new buildout efforts
Serve as primary technical POC for government Division Level leadership
Provide strategic thought leadership and support on technologies that support Division's mission
Provide project and portfolio management for strategic/forward-leaning initiatives
Lead and manage Proof of Concepts (POCs), Pilots, Authority to Test, and Analysis of Alternatives
Create and author artifacts for technical and strategic initiatives
Provide advisory to Branch Level Operations and Maintenance (O&M)
Support Branch Level Business Operations
Ensure critical incidents or service requests are tracked, monitored, attended to or resolved promptly
Communicate with Team Leads on projects and unplanned events
Report and analyze operational metrics to identify service improvement

Requirements

U.S. Citizen
Active Top Secret clearance
Minimum ten (10) years relevant experience
Bachelor’s Degree Required
CCIE certification
Expert level experience with enterprise data networking, unified communications UC, WiFi, and cloud-related UCaaS, CCaaS, SaaS platforms
Experience managing technical initiatives related to data, voice, WiFi, and cloud
Experience creating and authoring technical artifacts
Experience providing guidance with financial-related tasks and frameworks
Vendor relationship support experience
Personnel management/supervision experience
Project management experience
