About the role
- Provide strong Operations and Project Management in technical testing environment at White Sands Missile Range
- Ensure performance of hardware development and configuration, qualification, test, and evaluation
- Analyze project objectives and requirements, develop plans for conducting projects
- Review project instructions to ascertain requirements, specifications, procedures, objectives
- Record test or report procedures and results, numerical and graphical data
- Mentor engineers in process and project management principles
- Follow safety practices and rules
Requirements
- Bachelors degree with 3 years of experience
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must be able to secure and maintain a security clearance
- Must pass drug testing
- Good understanding and application of Project Management and Systems Engineering processes
- Must be able to manage and decompose requirements in specific technical areas
