Design, develop and evaluate operation of marine vessels, shipboard auxiliary systems and piping,
review and develop technical data packages, provide oversight on development of machinery arrangements,
conduct and oversee trade studies.
Lead engineers in development efforts, coordinate with other functional areas to complete ship design.
Knowledge of ABS, USN, and industry standards relating to shipboard auxiliary systems.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineer, Ocean Engineering or related field
Active Secret Clearance
U.S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining/holding a U.S. security clearance
6 years’ documented experience with design, optimization, and integration of marine auxiliary and piping systems,
ship machinery integration, cargo handling systems, and weight handling systems calculations and analyses.
