General Counsel

• Lead and support export controls and trade compliance, including DDTC registration, CFIUS, classification analyses, license support, and technology control plans
• Provide clear, practical legal guidance on export controls, procurement rules, compliance issues and related legal matters to support corporate goals
• Review, draft and negotiate government contracts, proposals, and FAR/DFARS flow-downs
• Draft and negotiate partnership, licensing and other commercial agreements
• Help create and improve policies, procedures, templates and training
