Key responsibilities & impact

Assist with blood drive management activities
Cover account manager vacancies
Conduct ad hoc support tasks
Maintain accurate records to ensure blood drives achieve donation goals
Provide support, development and/or leadership guidance to all volunteers
Provide oversight and record keeping
Schedule education programs
Cover vacant territories and work with local volunteers and leadership on blood drive management as needed
Maintain accurate system records to provide tracking and statistical data

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree required
1 year of related experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and related experience required
Knowledge of group dynamics, direct sales, customer maintenance techniques, negotiation skills
Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
Good oral and written communications skills, including training and presentation skills
Responsible for providing own transportation for business purposes
A current valid driver's license and good driving record is required
Ability to work on a team.
Sales, Marketing or New Business Development Experience Preferred
