About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with blood drive management activities
- Cover account manager vacancies
- Conduct ad hoc support tasks
- Maintain accurate records to ensure blood drives achieve donation goals
- Provide support, development and/or leadership guidance to all volunteers
- Provide oversight and record keeping

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree required
- 1 year of related experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and related experience required
- Knowledge of group dynamics, direct sales, customer maintenance techniques, negotiation skills
- Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
- Good oral and written communications skills, including training and presentation skills
- Responsible for providing own transportation for business purposes
- A current valid driver's license and good driving record is required
- Ability to work on a team.
- Sales, Marketing or New Business Development Experience Preferred
