About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead business process engineering initiatives, redesigning workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Develop and maintain detailed process maps (current and future state) to document workflows and identify improvement opportunities
Conduct value stream mapping to evaluate end-to-end processes, eliminate waste, and improve cycle times
Analyze processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for standardization
Create data analytics and visualization tools to validate improvements and quantify business impact
Provide program planning and decision support through data analysis, reporting, and insight generation
Analyze financial and supply management data including budgets, cost drivers, supplier performance, and operational metrics
Apply project management principles to manage multiple priorities and initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
Ability to develop project plans.
Demonstrated proficiency in collaboration, facilitation, planning, and problem-solving.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint).
Ability to work on a team.
May travel and participate in meetings and conferences throughout the Red Cross system up to 10% of the time.
