About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements
  • Leading the team through all phases including concept, development, implementation, and closeout
  • Ensure that the project plan, scope, work breakdown structure, schedule, risk, budget, and deliverables are in alignment with the project goal and objectives
  • Provide support, development and/or leadership guidance to all volunteers.
  • Oversee team members’ milestones and performance as compared to project plan, scope, budget, resources and schedule.
  • Provide for all communication within and outside of project.
  • Develop and prepare written project plans addressing all facets of project management.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Education - 4-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Discipline/Major Project management, business, information systems, health related, or other related discipline.
  • Professional Certifications/Licenses Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) preferred and progress toward Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
