About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct and document moderate to highly complex financial and data analyses.
Develop advanced financial models, forecasting tools, and automated reporting solutions.
Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations (Power BI preferred) to support leadership decision-making.
Leverage Python (or similar tools) for data manipulation, automation, and scalability of recurring processes.
Integrate and analyze large datasets across systems (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion, data warehouses).
Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and long-range planning processes.
Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, strengthen data governance, and align financial outputs with organizational priorities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance, analytics, or related field with demonstrated experience in data analytics, automation, or business intelligence
Strong Preference in: Python, R, or similar programming experience
Power BI or Tableau experience
Experience with enterprise systems (Oracle, Hyperion, SAP BusinessObjects)
Exposure to data modeling, forecasting tools, or predictive analytics
Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows or automation tools (Copilot, forecasting models, etc.)
