Key responsibilities & impact

Recruit blood donors by telephone
Schedule appointments and coordinate reminders
Maintain records to increase number of donors and blood products
Provide support and guidance to volunteers
Contact donors following appropriate scripts and protocols
Develop knowledge of donor criteria to inform donors of eligibility
Maintain accurate records of contacted donors and scheduled appointments

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School or equivalent required
1 year of related experience preferred
Ability to work on a team
Computer experience
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills required
Effective verbal communication skills
Ability to work with potentially difficult customers
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
