About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop recruiting action plans that align with business strategies to support hiring timelines.
  • Screen candidates for availability, interest level, salary expectations, relocation needs, technical skills, and core competencies and presents them to appropriate hiring teams.
  • Facilitate thorough interviewing process that maximizes efficiencies, establishes accountabilities and enables predictability and retention.
  • Facilitate candidate pre-employment testing/evaluations.
  • Negotiate offers; close or pre/post close candidates.
  • Ensure that all candidates have a highly positive experience during the recruitment and selection process.
  • Initiate and facilitate the onboarding process of new employees.
  • Lead or support special staffing projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure that the hiring process complies with all policies and procedures and with employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Three to five years full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast paced staffing agency or corporate setting, including identifying, screening, interviewing and closing candidates, higher education experience a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience implementing targeted sourcing initiatives and broad understanding of search technologies, search agents, and experience with a variety of advertising methods.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources and Recruitment best practices and disciplines
  • Proficiency with MS Office platforms including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and HRIS platforms, UltiPro experience a plus.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong oral, written and persuasive communication skills.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with high attention to detail, organization and time management skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective strategic thinking, search skills, problem solving, and cross group collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment while multi-tasking.
  • Clear and professional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced and changing environment.
