About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct high quality reviews of psychology program compliance reports
  • Provide consultation on the Standards of Accreditation (SoA)
  • Apply the SoA in conducting compliance reviews
  • Serve as a key leader during CoA meetings
  • Compose detailed correspondence regarding accreditation decision feedback
  • Operate with confidentiality regarding accreditation information and program materials
  • Solve straightforward consultation requests and analyze complex inquiries

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Liberal Arts, or related field
  • 3+ years of general office experience including decision making, critical thinking, and good judgment
  • Excellent formal writing skills, keen attention to detail, and experience with APA format
  • Strong analysis, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience with database systems and customer service preferred
  • Knowledge of accreditation processes and services preferred
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams)
