About the role

  • Directing and overseeing all areas of accounting operations including payroll, cash receipts, accounts receivable, credit/collections, and A/P disbursement functions
  • Managing the accounting office staff and interacting with auditors, bank representatives, and investment consultants
  • Ensuring the integrity of the general ledgers for all entities and intercompany transactions
  • Directing the processing of bi-weekly payroll and related tax deposits
  • Overseeing cash receipts and accounts receivable/credit and collections functions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance/Business with accounting concentration
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in business related field
  • 10+ years of accounting at a mid to senior level
  • Knowledge of cash management, A/P, A/R, payroll, and other accounting operations processes
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong management, interpersonal, and listening skills
  • Experience in dealing with external auditors
