💰 $214,500 - $334,000 per year
About the role
- Directing and overseeing all areas of accounting operations including payroll, cash receipts, accounts receivable, credit/collections, and A/P disbursement functions
- Managing the accounting office staff and interacting with auditors, bank representatives, and investment consultants
- Ensuring the integrity of the general ledgers for all entities and intercompany transactions
- Directing the processing of bi-weekly payroll and related tax deposits
- Overseeing cash receipts and accounts receivable/credit and collections functions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance/Business with accounting concentration
- Preferred: Master’s degree in business related field
- 10+ years of accounting at a mid to senior level
- Knowledge of cash management, A/P, A/R, payroll, and other accounting operations processes
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong management, interpersonal, and listening skills
- Experience in dealing with external auditors
