Coordinate and maintain complex calendars; schedule meetings, appointments, and events across time zones; send reminders and prepare executives for engagements
Assist with domestic and international commercial travel for executives; proactively monitor travel of Executive Committee members visiting North America; manage charter flight scheduling and logistics
Prepare detailed itineraries and manage expense reports
Serve as primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders; handle confidential information with discretion
Coordinate leadership team meetings and events; support logistics and planning for internal and external engagements
Requirements
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude
Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
Experience supporting C-level executives
