About the role

  • Query large databases including Medicare, Medicaid and commercial payer claims data.
  • Construct and document analytic data files.
  • Create customized and presentation-quality reports from data analysis results.
  • Apply quantitative methods and techniques to manage and analyze research data.
  • Participate in the design of research studies.
  • Manage administrative aspects of projects.
  • Support the preparation of technical procedures and reports.
  • Review work products to ensure quality and consistency of content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, or related quantitative analytics field with a minimum of 2 years quantitative research experience in health policy or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in SQL/Python/Linux
  • Experience processing and analyzing Medicare, Medicaid, or other commercial claims data
  • Knowledge of data analysis and data management techniques.
  • Experience with Snowflake and Data bricks preferred, but not required.
