About the role
- Query large databases including Medicare, Medicaid and commercial payer claims data.
- Construct and document analytic data files.
- Create customized and presentation-quality reports from data analysis results.
- Apply quantitative methods and techniques to manage and analyze research data.
- Participate in the design of research studies.
- Manage administrative aspects of projects.
- Support the preparation of technical procedures and reports.
- Review work products to ensure quality and consistency of content.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, or related quantitative analytics field with a minimum of 2 years quantitative research experience in health policy or a related field
- 2 years of experience in SQL/Python/Linux
- Experience processing and analyzing Medicare, Medicaid, or other commercial claims data
- Knowledge of data analysis and data management techniques.
- Experience with Snowflake and Data bricks preferred, but not required.
