- Manage large, complex research projects or series of smaller projects
- Ensure all task activities and deliverables are completed on time
- Develop strategic plans and timelines for research products
- Manage and mentor staff
- Oversee planning, design, and implementation of research projects
- Lead analysis and synthesis of data
- Serve as an expert and disseminate findings through publications
- Engage thought leaders across the public health arena.
Requirements
- PhD in related subject area with a minimum of 3 years of related experience, or a Master's degree and at least 7 years of related experience
- Extensive experience and expertise in public health prevention
- Thought leader with understanding of violence prevention landscape
- Success in leading field-based research projects
- Experience with data visualization and interpretation
- Project leadership and business development experience
- Knowledge of prevention across social ecology.
