QA Engineer

• Manage quality assurance and control functions throughout the student finance lifecycle, providing coordination, testing, and adherence to regulations.
• Oversee accurate financial aid awarding for students.
• Develop, manage, implement, and report on continual audits and testing of Title IV process outcomes.
• Assist in developing and maintaining systems used to support student success and team development.
• Assist in educating team members on compliance topics, including development and delivery of QA training materials.
• Develop and implement quality strategies and goals and conduct audit reviews to identify and drive process improvements.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members, fostering a culture of wellness, recognition, and engagement.
