About the role
- Assess and resolve all types of auto claims with moderate supervision, focusing on coverage, liability, and damages
- Use sound judgment to analyze claim exposure and determine the best course of action
- Manage claim expenses while ensuring favorable outcomes
- Work closely with all parties involved in the claim process
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Document and communicate claims activity clearly and efficiently
- Review the work of less experienced personnel and provide training as appropriate
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in personal auto claim processing
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with technology and excellent communication skills
- Spanish fluency is a plus
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and "street smarts"
- Superior skills in coverage analysis and negotiation
- Bachelor/Associate Degree a plus
