Manager

• Develop events that project the professionalism of our association, engage participants and deliver high value to our members
• Plan and execute meetings and events, such as major industry conferences, board meetings, committee meetings, fly-ins, and smaller internal meetings
• Supervise the Data Administrator, Membership and Meetings
• Provide all meeting planning related expertise for the Associations major conferences to deliver high value, well-attended events that advance member engagement and the AF&PA brand
• Manage hotel logistics and room block management
• Schedule development and staffing schedule development & assignments
• Review all marketing materials (print & electronic)
• Assist in content development for conference event websites and post-event surveys/evaluations
• Source, negotiate and manage additional equipment or service vendors required to execute the event
• Develop and track conference budgets and communicate project performance to teams and senior management
