About the role
- Supports the development and implementation of engagement strategies and infrastructure for Family Forest Carbon Program (FFCP)
- Provides excellent customer service to enrolled landowners in FFCP to ensure program compliance and promote meaningful engagement
- Owns and distributes regular e-newsletter campaigns
- Generates and distributes content on AFF’s social media platform, The Family Forest
- Collaborates with teams across AFF to implement and optimize program-wide systems
- Implements tools designed to evaluate quality of service and post-enrollment experience
Requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative and flexible approach
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with computerized information systems, including the Microsoft Office suite and Customer Relations Management Systems (e.g. Hubspot)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with forest conservation, natural resources, or carbon markets
