About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Enhance the competencies of individual employees by conducting training programs that boost employee's workplace performance
Deliver curriculum and learning materials and manage all phases of training interventions
Report to a Senior Manager in Talent Development
Develop or oversee the production of instructional materials, aids and manuals
Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results
Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions
Deliver training courses and assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior
Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure they reflect any changes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in the insurance domain--ideally with training experience
Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service
Demonstrated experience delivering or overseeing delivery of training through vendors
Demonstrated verbal, written and social media communication skills which support culture and strategy
Solid knowledge of instructional design models and assessment methods
Demonstrated experience delivering curricula for all different learning environments (asynchronous and synchronous)
