Lead a team responsible for Commercial products design and development
Research solutions to improve profitability, growth and customer experience
Align new products, enhancements and initiatives to the Commercial goals
Create insights from intelligence about customers, market and competitors
Report to an AVP, Product
Create a collaborative, performance-driven work environment
Work with team members to set clear goals and provide feedback
Communicate and support organization mission, vision, values, policies, and practices
Lead implementation of product development changes
Oversee product research and insights gathering and analysis
Manage the outcomes of the Commercial product development’s roadmap
Create a cross-functional leadership environment, aligning various stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service
Demonstrated experience analyzing and interpreting facts and data, including financial information
Demonstrated experience communicating to a variety of audiences
Demonstrated experience in driving to results in sales, product lines, claims, or other core business functions
Demonstrated experience managing and leading large complex projects or programs with a cross-divisional impact
Demonstrated effective experience leading people or projects
Solid knowledge and understanding of root cause analysis and processes
Demonstrated experience developing insurance product strategies
Demonstrated leadership experience in product development and/or management with a focus on profit and loss
Solid knowledge of market research and marketplace and regulatory trends
