About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide strategic and operational insights to Technology senior leadership.
Establish and run the execution operating system for the technology organization (insurance platforms, digital platforms, and infrastructure).
Turn leadership direction into disciplined planning, governance, repeatable and predictable execution, and performance visibility across a complex, multi-platform environment.
Act as a force multiplier for leadership to increase execution velocity.
Ensure thoughtfulness, transparency, and accountability across multi-platform environments.
Report to the Director, IT Program Management.
Oversee and improve the Insurance Platforms operating system (pace, governance forums, artifacts, and scorecards).
Produce executive-level reporting that ties investments to outcomes and business impacts.
Identify opportunities to reduce complexity, cost, and operational inefficiency across platforms.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience providing customer-oriented solutions or support.
Demonstrated experience operating in complex, matrixed organizations.
Experience leading cross‑functional programs without direct authority.
Background in technology‑enabled or platform‑centric environments.
Demonstrated experience in change and transformation environments.
Strategic thinking with strong execution discipline.
Financial, analytical, and systems thinking skills.
