Lead business analysis activities for large and/or complex ServiceNow enhancements & large initiatives to be implemented on the ServiceNow platform.
Develop and maintain functional requirements, non-functional requirements, acceptance criteria, constraints, risks, and supporting deliverables for ServiceNow Platform demands.
Serve as a trusted partner to ServiceNow engineers, architects, product owners, and delivery teams.
Support demand intake activities by ensuring requests are sufficiently defined, feasible, and aligned to business objectives.
Consult on development of test strategies and plans to ensure requirements are testable and traceable through all testing phases.

Requirements

Experience serving as a Senior Business Analyst in complex enterprise environments.
Strong background in requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, and documentation.
Experience supporting IT Delivery using Agile, iterative, or waterfall methodologies.
Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels.
Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience supporting enterprise platforms, preferably ServiceNow.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent experience.
Experience using modeling techniques such as process flows, use cases, or context diagrams.
Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
