providing leadership in all areas of the company with necessary financial information and analysis
design, analyze and maintain financial operational reporting systems
lead the planning and development of complex and/or strategic analysis
represent the division in presentation of analyses to divisional and executive leadership
utilize advanced modeling techniques to analyze financial and growth implications
use advanced data mining and statistical techniques to find relationships in data
research, design, and develop complex management reports
work with divisional leadership to develop metrics to assess performance
actively participate as the financial expert on critical cross-functional teams

Requirements

Extensive knowledge and understanding of insurance accounting and operations
Extensive knowledge and understanding of forecasting techniques, statistical analysis, data modeling, and data mining
Adaptive Planning, Oracle or Anaplan experience preferred
Property & casualty insurance expense planning and/or budgeting experience
Demonstrated experience in financial statement and management reporting
Demonstrated experience with complex financial and operational analysis
Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service
