About the role
- Conduct project finance analysis to help a unique area of the business determine which projects are most accretive to the organization and align with enterprise strategy
- Partner with a unique area of the business to forecast budgets for all expenses and estimate the timing and magnitude of expected benefits
- Prepare and deliver regular reporting, including variance analysis, on project financials and performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, validate assumptions, and ensure alignment with financial objectives
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed
- Synthesize financial information and communicate insights to both finance and non-finance audiences
- Proactively solve problems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate a commitment to accuracy, attention to detail, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Proficiency with financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data and present clear, actionable recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to partnering with business stakeholders
