About the role

  • Conduct project finance analysis to help a unique area of the business determine which projects are most accretive to the organization and align with enterprise strategy
  • Partner with a unique area of the business to forecast budgets for all expenses and estimate the timing and magnitude of expected benefits
  • Prepare and deliver regular reporting, including variance analysis, on project financials and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, validate assumptions, and ensure alignment with financial objectives
  • Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed
  • Synthesize financial information and communicate insights to both finance and non-finance audiences
  • Proactively solve problems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate a commitment to accuracy, attention to detail, and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • Proficiency with financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar)
  • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data and present clear, actionable recommendations
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to partnering with business stakeholders
