About the role
- Design and lead consumer research, focused on digital experiences, channels, and tools
- Translate consumer insights into clear implications that guide digital and CX decisions
- Own and drive the long-term vision and strategy for insights driving the end-to-end customer experience
- Frame, structure, and scope complex business and customer challenges
- Use customer/consumer data and insights, competitor activity, and market trends to guide strategic planning
- Evaluate and develop perspective on transformational customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction opportunities
- Define, monitor, and champion customer experience metrics and insights investments
- Collaborate with all levels of leadership and management to align priorities
- Partner with product lines, marketing, corporate strategy, and enterprise partners to drive strategic alignment
- Drive consumer influence across the enterprise
Requirements
- Experience delivering strategic consumer insights solutions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and translate into actionable insights
- Experience leveraging data storytelling to influence business decisions
- Experience leading cross-functional teams with limited direction
- Strong knowledge in consumer product categories, brands, and environment
- Strong organization and time management skills
